God Almighty says:

In light of the treachery and return of aggression against our people, and the increasing targeting of the safe and civilians, the performance of religious rituals is required in order to achieve the preservation of lives. Accordingly, the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs directs our people to revive the nights of the last ten days of Ramadan at home to preserve the safety of lives and bodies.
Seizing the opportunity of these blessed nights to perform the night prayer, involving family and children in collective worship, motivating them to worship individually, and supplicating to God Almighty to relieve distress, repel the plot of the unjust enemy, and extinguish the fire of war.
