An Israeli occupation army force carried out a raid in the village of Manshiyat Suwaysa in the southern Quneitra countryside, arresting three civilians (a man and his two sons) after raiding their homes. They were transferred to the Tel Kodna site, which is controlled by the occupation forces, before being released after hours of detention.

Yesterday morning, Sunday, limited incursions were recorded by an Israeli military force in three military vehicles into the village of Al-Rafid in the Quneitra countryside. They quickly withdrew to avoid direct contact with the residents.

🔹 Gaza Was Dying—And the Flotilla Was Never Going to Save It

No ship has docked in Gaza for over 20 years. Even before October 7, Gaza was being strangled by a blockade that cut it off from the sea, from electricity, from clean water, from everything.
• They were forced to rely on Israeli electricity—turned off at will
• Barred from accessing their own waters or filtering their own seawater
• Fishing was barely allowed, and gunboats routinely opened fire
• Eight hours of power a day was considered normal

This is the slow death that Palestinians were living through long before the bombs fell. That’s why lifting the blockade was one of the main demands on 10/07. Because even in “peacetime,” Gaza was under siege.

And into that comes the “Flotilla” — a selfie boat with four bags (100kg) of flour.

Let’s be honest: this was never a serious attempt to break the blockade.
No ship has gotten through in decades. This one wasn’t going to either. It was more of a photo op than an aid mission. A few boxes of supplies wasn’t going to challenge 17 years of starvation, blackout, and isolation.

They weren’t here to break the siege.
They were here to broadcast themselves trying.

Meanwhile, Palestinians are still dying—and not for lack of photo ops.
