In a new brutal crime, the fascist occupation army committed a horrific massacre by targeting the home of Dr. Alaa Al-Najjar, a physician at Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, with an airstrike. The bodies of her nine children were martyred while she was performing her humanitarian duty at her job at the hospital.

These crimes will not be subject to a statute of limitations, and their perpetrators will not escape accountability. The enemy, with all its symbols and criminals, is doomed to inevitable annihilation.

Press release
The occupation army's use of Palestinians as human shields, as its soldiers admit, is a war crime that exposes the enemy's moral collapse.
The Associated Press report, which documented—with testimonies from soldiers and officers in the occupation army—the Zionist occupation forces' perpetration of heinous crimes by using Palestinian civilians as human shields in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, under explicit orders from senior military leaders, represents further evidence of this fascist army's commission of war crimes and systematic violations of international law.
This investigation, and the shocking testimonies it contains about Palestinians being forced to enter buildings, search tunnels, and position themselves in front of soldiers and their vehicles during military operations, do not represent isolated incidents. Rather, it reveals a systematic, deliberate policy that reflects the moral and institutional collapse within the ranks of this terrorist army.
The soldiers' own confessions, along with the positions of the Breaking the Silence organization, which asserted that these practices are widespread and not isolated, confirm that the occupation army is engaging in the most heinous forms of criminal exploitation of prisoners and civilians. This constitutes a flagrant war crime prohibited by international humanitarian law, the Geneva Conventions, and all international conventions.
Hamas calls on the international community, the United Nations, and all its institutions to take action to halt these ongoing violations, hold perpetrators accountable, and bring them to international justice. Hamas calls on the international community, including the United Nations, to end its silence and impotence, which serve as a cover for the occupation to continue its crimes.

By the hands of the resistance men, you and all those like you will be trampled on, just as the occupation soldiers were trampled on in the square and alleys of Gaza. Your fate will be the same as the fate of the occupation.
