With all the verses of faith in God’s victory, and the glory of the confident believers, the Al-Qassam Brigades announce to our people and the masses of our Arab and Islamic nation the martyrdom of one of its noble knights:

Who was martyred in the Battle of Tufan Al-Aqsa, at dawn today, Wednesday, Dhu al-Qi'dah 9, 1446 AH, corresponding to May 7, 2025 AD, as a result of an assassination operation carried out by treacherous Zionist aircraft on the city of Sidon, southern Lebanon.

As the Al-Qassam Brigades bid farewell to its heroic martyr, Engineer Abu Ibrahim, they recall his special mark on the path of jihad, resistance, and confrontation with the Zionist enemy. He concluded his jihad, joining his righteous martyred brothers who preceded him in the holy Battle of the Flood of Al-Aqsa, defending their people and their steadfast, steadfast families in Gaza and the rest of occupied Palestine.

The Zionist-American plans to control aid aim to cause starvation and forced displacement.

As the occupation and its allies continue their genocidal campaign against the Palestinian people, by preventing the entry of humanitarian aid and denying humanitarian and relief organizations the ability to operate, the Zionist-American occupation is seeking to impose its blatant plans to consolidate its military control over the Gaza Strip and circumvent international demands to lift the siege, deliver aid, and halt the policy of starvation.

In this context, the National Assembly of Palestinian Refugee Camps warns against acquiescing to the occupations plans and American aid projects in the Gaza Strip, which constitute a flagrant violation of international and humanitarian law and create a permanent criminal reality of displacement and homelessness through food control, denial of freedom of movement, and forced eviction.

In light of these Israeli and American policies and plans that use hunger as a weapon against civilians;
The National Gathering of Palestinian Refugee Camps affirms the following

First We welcome the position of the United Nations, represented by the Secretary-General and his Deputy, and international organizations in their complete rejection of these mechanisms and plans, which constitute a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.

Second Undermining the United Nations institutions and their missions, and abandoning international organizations and Palestinian humanitarian institutions, constitutes a clear and blatant disregard for the international humanitarian system.

Third We call on donor countries not to be drawn into or involved in the Zionist-American military and inhumane plans that aim to engineer the starvation of the population and seek to impose displacement and forced migration.

Fourth We call on the international community not to deal with or interact with these inhumane plans, and not to contribute to their financing in any way.

Fifth Any mechanism for delivering aid that does not meet the needs and requirements of the people of the Gaza Strip, does not achieve human justice, and does not respect international humanitarian law and the standards and values of the United Nations is rejected and unacceptable to all Palestinian nationalists.

Sixth The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), UN agencies, international organizations, and Palestinian governmental, civil, and non-governmental institutions are the most qualified and most worthy of supervising the distribution of humanitarian and relief aid.

Seventh The will to persevere, family patience, and popular rejection are essential prerequisites for thwarting all Zionist and American schemes. All the projects of the occupation and its agents in managing aid have failed, and God willing, our Palestinian people will thwart them, whether they are implemented through the army, the occupations agents, humanitarian companies, some clans, or some unpatriotic figures.

Eighth We call on the international community and international organizations to take clear and bold positions against the Zionist-American criminal and deceptive schemes, emphasizing to the entire world that what Shamir, Rabin, Sharon, Barak, Galant and those before them failed to achieve, Netanyahu and his gang will not succeed in achieving or implementing.
