Our steadfast people in Gaza, despite the massacres and hunger, will not surrender, and will remain committed to their right to life, freedom, and dignity. We appreciate the position of the Spanish government, which decided to stop exporting weapons to the occupation, and we call on other governments to take similar steps and stop military and political support for an entity that kills children and starves women, in blatant violation of all international and humanitarian values and conventions.
We in the Hamas movement hold the Zionist enemy fully responsible for the crime of targeting the "Conscience" ship in international waters, and we consider it an act of Zionist piracy and state terrorism that requires immediate international condemnation and accountability from all parties concerned with protecting international law.

We demand that Arab and Islamic governments, in light of this painful reality, implement the decisions of the Arab and Islamic summits, impose the opening of crossings for relief and medicine, halt all forms of normalization with the usurping occupation, sever political and diplomatic relations with the enemy, and expel its ambassadors from capitals.
We also demand a serious threat to use economic and trade relations as a pressure card against countries that arm the occupation and provide it with political and international cover to continue its genocide against our people, especially in light of the deliberate killing of civilians and the withholding of aid.
It is shameful that the Nazi flags of "Israel" continue to fly over some Arab and Islamic capitals, while our people are being exterminated, denied food and medicine, and one of the most heinous and horrific crimes of the modern era is being committed against them.
We call on the United Nations, international organizations, and the International Court of Justice to take immediate action to compel the occupation to open the crossings unconditionally, allow food, water, and medicine to enter to save civilians, and allow the aid trucks that are piling up through the Rafah crossing.

This stance confirms that Netanyahu does not value the lives of his soldiers, but rather exploits their suffering to serve his political agenda, in blatant disregard for human values and the feelings of their families, despite his full awareness that the continuation of the war exacerbates losses at all military and humanitarian levels.
Despite this, the movement assured its mediating brothers that it deals responsibly and positively with any ideas or proposals that ultimately guarantee a permanent ceasefire, a complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, and the conclusion of a genuine and just prisoner exchange deal.
We affirm that what is happening in Gaza is a "crime of genocide" and "systematic starvation," and that the perpetrators among the occupation leaders must be immediately referred to international courts as war criminals. We hold the US administration and the countries supporting it responsible for direct complicity in the crimes of massacres, the war of extermination, and starvation.
We also hold them responsible for the collapse of living conditions and the worsening humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza, due to their continued support for the extremist occupation government, and their failure to seriously intervene to stop the massacres and prevent the use of starvation as a weapon against defenseless civilians, including children, women, and the elderly.

The movement's leadership has also worked, over the past weeks, to put forward its vision for a comprehensive halt to the aggression, ending the siege, and concluding a serious exchange deal. This was achieved through official meetings held by the movement's leaders with officials and mediators in a number of capitals, during which it presented clear positions holding the occupation responsible for the continuation of the war of extermination and starvation, and calling for urgent action to stop the war and save lives.
The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) affirms that, on April 17, within the framework of the mediators' efforts, it presented a clear and responsible vision based on a comprehensive and simultaneous agreement that includes a permanent cessation of aggression, a complete withdrawal of occupation forces from Gaza, lifting the siege, the entry of aid and relief, and reconstruction.
The vision also includes a comprehensive exchange deal leading to the release of all occupation prisoners at once, in exchange for an agreed-upon number of our prisoners, along with a long-term ceasefire extending for five years, with regional and international guarantees, and the formation of an independent committee to administer the Gaza Strip.
The proposed committee to administer Gaza consists of independent technocrats with full powers and duties, in accordance with the Egyptian proposal for the Community Support Committee, ensuring the management of the Strip's affairs away from direct political interference, and achieving security and services for our people during this critical phase.

The occupation forces and settler militias are recording a systematic escalation in crimes of murder, arrest, and assault on civilians, supported by a fascist government practicing a "scorched earth" policy, in a desperate attempt to break the will of our people.
In Jerusalem: The blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque is subjected to a continuous Judaization attack, through mass incursions by settlers under heavy protection from the occupation forces, and attempts to divide it temporally and spatially.
In the city of Hebron, violations against the Ibrahimi Mosque are escalating. Palestinians are prevented from praying freely there and restrictions are imposed on it, in an attempt to completely Judaize it and transform it into a synagogue.
Despite the repression and persecution, resistance activities are escalating in the West Bank, including shooting, explosive devices, and targeting military points, confirming that our people are committed to the option of confrontation, and that the West Bank has been and will remain a burning arena that confuses the enemy's calculations and exhausts its forces.

Regarding the Palestinian resistance in Gaza: The Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip, led by the Al-Qassam Brigades, is waging an ongoing heroic battle against the Zionist war machine. Despite the bombing, massacres, and siege, it has succeeded in exhausting the enemy army and inflicting successive losses in soldiers, equipment, and morale.
The resistance has turned the field into a long-term arena of attrition, in which the occupation flounders without achieving any accomplishment, while the internal front of the resistance holds together with a steely will, keeping the initiative in its hands and confirming every time that Gaza is not an easy prey, but rather an equation of deterrence and dignity that imposes its presence in the face of the occupation and its agents.
