We live our lives mostly insulated from the earth (wearing rubber-soled shoes, living indoors, driving in our cars, etc).

Over time, this causes our bodies to become depleted. Touching the ground replenishes our electron balance and restores our lost connection to the earthโ€™s energy.

Research the benefits of Earthing/Grounding.

When we look to ancient Egypt, arguably one of the world's oldest known civilizations, we find many blonde and fair-haired mummies.

Since WW2, western academia backed and lobbied by politically motivated forces at the United Nations has pushed for a Marxist inspired multicultural view of history, which has ignored archeological evidence in favor of political correctness.

However well intentioned, this false perspective has cast much confusion over human origins of who we are and how we came to be.

Through the ancient history the people of Central, South America and Asia we find the common theme of a 'White God', a tall,
bearded, pale skinned and blue eyed figure who appears in a time of chaos to help the native peoples and leaves a high degree
of knowledge behind him.

RE: Superstition, cultural symbolism and instinct

For many folks called as we are to reaffirm our place within the natural order, the step into spirituality, superstition and symbolism is significantly more difficult than that of adopting a new political ideology, lifestyle change, or behavioural adjustment. I know many for whom the notion is interesting, but they canโ€™t quite seem to break the internal twinge that automates when others speak of god/s, divine manifestation, โ€œmagicโ€ or the world beyond that which we can reach out and touch. Our instinct is to feed the soul as it is to feed to the body, but our conditioning is to turn our nose up and reduce such matters as being on par with new age hippies, Harry Potter or teenage girls checking their horoscope.

Urbanisation, technology and the comforts of modern life have each played a central role in the disconnection we have all developed with our natural instincts. The subconscious faculties that call us to a higher purpose, the folk wisdom in our ancient symbols passed down for thousands of years, the notions of magic and manifestation and more are shamed and shied away from, as the very concepts have been corrupted and distorted when viewed through a modern lens.

To perceive ourselves as being above that which our land, nature and ancestors have preserved and passed to us for a reason, to turn a blind eye to even the empirical reasoning behind the existence of these concepts, is a debilitating ailment stemming from the bogs of progress, resource abundance and simple arrogance.

The cause of this is two fold in reality; in one way, it is an incidental but unavoidable product of progress and comfort. But in another, it is a deliberate shift of perceived social authority from one internal, ungovernable guiding force, to one hydra-like pied piper of state, media and big business (it mustnโ€™t be mistaken that a man strong in connection with his gut instincts and the world around him is significantly more self-willed and therefore dangerous to collective order). A man who leads himself based on trained instincts has no need to be led by any abstract administrative governing body. This shift of power rests hand in hand with the erasure of the culture, tradition and folk wisdom of our Isles - as it is through these avenues we feed and hone our deeper self awareness and instincts.

Happy new year to all! May this year be full of blessings, prosperity and happiness for you!

Whatever your new years resolutions may be, here are things I hope we all make progress towards in the coming year.

1. Get leaner, get stronger, work on your endurance. Be it fasting or weightlifting, push your physical comfort zone.

2. Get wealthier, doesn't matter if it's finding a new way to earn on the side or save what you do have. Find ways to protect it as best you can from tax and inflation, so that if hard times come your way you have a safety blanket, and if not, you can start building something to leave to your children.

4: Learn a manual skill, something practical; survivalism, first aid, electronics, carpentry, farming, foreging or hunting. Maybe it can free you in years to come from that white collar work you hate, whatever it is, it will make you a better person than another few games of call of duty will manage.

5: Local knowledge. Learn the lay out of your town or village, where the water sources are, where certain plants grow. Learn some of the stories of your ancestors who lived there, not just the ghost tales but everything that reminds you of the hopes and dreams of your forefathers long gone.

6: Community. You don't need to join a group, but always be looking for quality, sane people with their lives on track who live nearby, go to the gym with them, go for a drink with them, go to any sort of fete or festival or landmark and make friendships with people you can rely on in hard times. Push each other to improve.

Above all, feed the fire of hope inside yourself and let it guide the way to a better place for those around you.
Thank you for mentioning the name of my channel. It warms my heart to see us all helping and supporting one another, which makes us stronger. Time is cyclical, and just as the winter comes to an end, and spring comes back around, so will these dark days come to an end, and the golden age will return, and our gods and goddesses shall rule the earth again.
