There was a small crowd of a few hundred. Speakers included Sue Higginson of The NSW Greens. Followed by a short one block march. Just under an hour from start to finish!
In their words…”Palestinian Land Day (Yom Al-Ard) is a day of resistance against ongoing Israeli occupation, illegal settlement expansion, and land expropriation. We demand an end to Israel’s occupation, settlements and wars. We demand the Australian government sanction Israel now.”

There was a small contingent of press here today. SBS and Channel 10 seemed to be the only MSM TV media. Plus a few MSM photographers and some independent media.
