There were a number of speeches at Town Hall before a very orderly Police controlled march along the footpath to Hyde Park and the assembly area of those marching in Mardi Gras.
The organisers sent someone to demand that the CEO that banned them from marching come out. In the second last clip I ask the official what the CEO said and she said she didn't tell him!

In their words….”On the eve of the parade, Mardi Gras leadership sent notice out to our float organiser that Pride in Protest would be banned from marching unless we deleted posts calling out Zionist float Dayenu for their "pro-genocide" stance. Mardi Gras’ CEO went on to state that it did not matter if our statements were truthful.”
“We intend to march for Mardi Gras one way or another, and we will still distribute trans flags to parade participants. We encourage everyone to join us.”

Ayatollah Khamenei was killed in the morning in Iran and by the afternoon a large and lavish celebration was orchestrated in Sydney.
