He emphasized that the entire West “bears responsibility when this type of attack occurs against heads of state,” warning that it could have “triggered a nuclear war.”

According to him, Russia has every right to take any retaliatory measures it deems appropriate.

A boy, 5, was killed and three adults were injured as a result of the attack on a passenger car in Tarasovka, the Kherson region, Governor Vladimir Saldo said.

"Kiev degenerates committed another bloody crime. Near Tarasovka in the Aleshkinsky district, a Ukrainian drone struck a passenger car carrying a family – grandfather, grandmother, their adult daughter and her 5-year-old son. The child was killed, all adults sustained multiple wounds and were hospitalized in serious condition," Saldo wrote on Telegram.

The Emirati forces have begun withdrawing from Yemen's Hadhramaut and Shabwah provinces, the Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper reported, citing Hadhramaut's governor.

The UAE's military presence in Yemen had always been limited in scope, consisting primarily of training and advisory support to Southern Transitional Council (STC) forces, the governor reportedly said.

Earlier this week, the UAE Defense Ministry announced a voluntary military drawdown of its presence in Yemen amid deteriorating relations with Saudi Arabia over the UAE’s support for the STC.
