The US-drafted resolution stipulates providing America and other participating countries with a broad mandate to govern Gaza through the end of 2027, with the possibility of extensions, Axios reports.

๐น International Security Force (ISF) will be an enforcement force, not just peacekeepers
๐น Troops from multiple countries could participate, coordinated with a new โBoard of Peace,โ which it is said Trump would chair
๐น Countries reportedly willing to contribute troops include Indonesia, Azerbaijan, Egypt, and Turkiye
๐น Mandate includes: Securing borders, protecting civilians, ensuring humanitarian corridors, training a Palestinian police force, and demilitarizing Gaza, including disarming Hamas if necessary
๐น ISF will operate in consultation with Israel and Egypt, and can use "all necessary measures" consistent with international law
๐น Board of Peace will oversee transitional governance, reconstruction funding, and a technocratic Palestinian committee managing Gazaโs civil administration

The Russian President has instructed the government to approve a roadmap for the long-term development of rare and rare earth metal mining and production by December 1, the Kremlin said.

Production of rare earth metals in Russia by 2030 is expected to grow 245% to $1.23 billion annually, the Ministry of Industry and Trade said at the EEF in September.
