๐Ÿšจ Kremlin warns of serious escalation if Tomahawk missiles delivered to Ukraine

๐Ÿ—ฃ Tomahawk missiles may have a nuclear version, and this should be kept in mind, Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president has warned, explaining that their delivery to Ukraine would mark a serious escalation in the conflict.

๐Ÿ”Š President Vladimir Putin earlier said that Ukraineโ€™s use of Tomahawk missiles would harm US-Russia relations and emphasized it would be impossible without US military involvement.

๐Ÿ“ Russia however is waiting for clearer and more decisive comments from US President Donald Trump regarding the potential missile supply, Peskov added.

Other statements from Peskov:

๐Ÿ”ถ Russia believes Trump still aims to help resolve the Ukrainian conflict through peace talks

๐Ÿ”ถ Moscow will respond if restrictions on Russian diplomatsโ€™ travel to the EU are imposed

๐Ÿ”ถ Russia will use all legal means to protect its interests if Western attempts to seize Russian assets continue

๐Ÿ”ถ No significant steps have been made toward establishing dialogue between US and Russian diplomats

๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ CIA reveals Obama-era cover-up of Bidenโ€™s Ukraine dealings

A newly-released CIA memo reveals Obama officials interfered with the agencyโ€™s work to block a report alleging Biden family corruption in Ukraine.

๐Ÿ”ถ The memo noted Ukrainian officials' unease with Washingtonโ€™s approach: โ€œ[They] viewed the alleged ties of the [then] US vice presidentโ€™s family to corruption in Ukraine as evidence of a double-standard within the US government towards matters of corruption and political power."

๐Ÿ”ถ The memo also questioned the purpose of Bidenโ€™s December 2015 visit to Kiev, noting that thenโ€‘President Petro Poroshenko expressed โ€œbewilderment and disappointmentโ€ over Bidenโ€™s unwillingness to discuss any โ€œsubstantive mattersโ€ with the Ukrainian government.

๐Ÿ”ถ Just the News reports it was during this visit that Biden blackmailed Poroshenko into firing thenโ€‘Prosecutor General Viktor Shokhin, who was investigating corruption at gas firm Burisma โ€” where Joe's son Hunter sat on the board.

๐Ÿ”ถ The document was never disseminated internally despite meeting the threshold for action. The reason? The vice presidentโ€™s national security adviser demanding it not be released in February 2016.

๐Ÿ”ถ A senior CIA official told Just the News it was โ€œextremely rare and unusualโ€ for an official outside the US intelligence community to meddle with releasing the agencyโ€™s reports.

๐Ÿ”ถ Meanwhile, the released CIA document is heavily redacted, raising questions about what the agency chose to withhold from the public.

๐Ÿ’ฅ Deployment of Tomahawks in Ukraine is high-stakes gamble

The Kremlin warns: these missiles can't be fired without US involvement โ€” marking a major escalation.

Retired Colonel Igor Korotchenko explains why:

๐Ÿ”น The weapons system is designed for conducting precision warfare

๐Ÿ”น Tomahawks are capable of carrying both conventional and nuclear warheads

๐Ÿ”น They fly using terrainโ€‘following mode

๐Ÿ”น The range is between 1,500 and 2,500 km

Direct US involvement?

๐Ÿ’ฌ โ€œIf such systems are transferred to Ukraine, they come with combat crews," Korotchenko stresses.

The Tomahawk must be programmed and given a flight mission before launch โ€“ something Ukraine cannot do.

The Tomahawk, a naval missile, is adapted by the US into Typhon MRC ground launchers. Sending Tomahawks means sending Typhons too.

Challenge to Russia's security and certain retaliation

"The appearance of such systems in the Ukrainian Armed Forcesโ€™ arsenal is a serious security challenge," Korotchenko says.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has stressed that the use of Tomahawks by Ukraine would damage Russia-US relations.

Russia will respond to the use of Tomahawk missiles by the Kiev regime, the expert says. Russia has various weapon systems for this.

Meanwhile, on the battlefield, the use of Tomahawks will not change the status quo.

๐Ÿ—ฃ Foreign military presence in Afghanistan strengthened extremists - Iranian diplomat
