🇷🇺🤝🇮🇳 India and Russia expand cooperation in aluminum, fertilizer and industrial sectors

📍 New Delhi and Moscow have agreed to expand cooperation in aluminum and fertilizer production, rail transport, mining equipment technology, geological exploration and waste management, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry reported.

🔶 The announcement followed the 11th session of the India-Russia Working Group on Modernization and Industrial Cooperation held in New Delhi.

🔶 The session was co-chaired by Amar Deep Singh Bhatia, Secretary of the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, and Alexey Gruzdev, Russia’s Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade.

🔶 The Indian ministry said both sides reviewed progress made since the previous session and explored new areas of collaboration, including aerospace science and technology, carbon fiber production, additive manufacturing, 3D printing, rare earth mineral extraction, underground coal gasification and industrial infrastructure development.

🔶 The meeting concluded with both co-chairs signing a protocol reaffirming the strategic partnership between India and Russia and their commitment to deepening industrial and economic cooperation.
