At SPIEF 2025, President Vladimir Putin warned that Ukrainian troops cannot operate German-made Taurus missiles without the involvement of German officers.

Russian President Vladimir Putin dismissed allegations that Russia is planning to attack Europe or NATO as a “blatant lie” and “complete nonsense,” saying they are meant to mislead Western public opinion.

But we fully understand it’s just nonsense,” Putin said during a meeting with international news agency heads on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
