🔍📑 FBI discovers 2,400 previously unseen documents on Kennedy assassination – reports

These documents were not provided earlier to the commission responsible for reviewing and declassifying documents related to Kennedy's assassination, Axios reported.

The FBI has uncovered a total of 14,000 pages, though the specifics of their contents have not been disclosed, the report said.

By law, US authorities were required to fully declassify information regarding Kennedy's assassination by 2017. However, both President Donald Trump and former President Joe Biden have extended the deadline, allowing intelligence agencies additional time to determine whether the release of this information might jeopardize US interests and international relations.

In late January, Trump signed an executive order to declassify all documents pertaining to the Kennedy assassination.
