Russia has begun mass-producing mobile shelters "KUB-M"
The construction offers protection, among other things, from the light radiation of a nuclear explosion and radioactive contamination of the area.
There are two blocks in the basic configuration. One is designed for technical use and the other for sheltering up to 54 people, with additional modules bearing capacity for another 150.

NATO formally in state of war with Russia if Ukraine strikes with ATACMS - ex-Austrian FM
Former Austrian Foreign Minister Karin Kneissl believes that if Kiev strikes deep into Russian territory with ATACMS missiles, NATO will formally be in a state of war with Russia.
According to Kneissl, Trump has already stated that he was planning a kind of "purge" in the ranks of the American army in connection with the failure of US troops in Afghanistan in 2021, so some officials may lose their jobs.
Both the EU and the US will have to find a way out of the current situation, Kneissl said. In her opinion, the future US president may simply refuse to participate in the Ukrainian conflict, leaving this problem to European countries. Kneissl notes that military rhetoric in many areas has become a serious problem in the European Union, calling it "the remainder of what once was Europe."

Former Austrian Foreign Minister Karin Kneissl believes that if Kiev strikes deep into Russian territory with ATACMS missiles, NATO will formally be in a state of war with Russia.
"What might happen next: in case of such ATACMS strikes deep into Russia? NATO will be formally at war with Russia. This is not the priority for the incoming US President Trump. There might be turmoils, resignations within the US hierarchy," she said on her social media.
According to Kneissl, Trump has already stated that he was planning a kind of "purge" in the ranks of the American army in connection with the failure of US troops in Afghanistan in 2021, so some officials may lose their jobs.

US Senate to vote on blocking American arms sales to Israel
The US Senate is set to decide on November 20 three resolutions providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed sales to Israel of certain defense articles and services.
The joint resolutions of disapproval were filed by independent Senator Bernie Sanders amid reports that Israel is obstructing aid shipments for Palestinians in Gaza.
The documents stipulate blocking the sales of 120 mm mortar rounds, joint direct attack munitions (JDAMS), F-15 fighter jets, and tank rounds to the Jewish state.
Sanders said in a statement ahead of the voting that the ongoing Gaza war has been waged βalmost entirely with American weapons and $18 billion of US taxpayer dollars.β
He condemned βimmoral and illegalβ actions by Israel, which he said had dropped US-supplied heavy bombs into βcrowded neighborhoods, killing hundreds of civilians to take out a handful of Hamas fighters, and made little effort to distinguish between civilians and combatants."
The Senate vote will come after humanitarian groups questioned the Biden administrationβs assessment earlier this month on whether Israel was impeding assistance to Gaza. This followed Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin telling Tel Aviv in October that it had 30 days to improve the flow of aid to Gaza or risk consequences.
The US has spent a record of at least $17.9 billion on military aid to Israel since the beginning of the Gaza war, which led to conflict escalation around the Middle East, last monthβs report for Brown Universityβs Costs of War project revealed.

THROWBACK: Putin outlined changes to Russia's nuclear doctrine amid new global threats
Earlier, President Vladimir Putin outlined plans to update Russia's nuclear doctrine, the Fundamentals of State Policy on Nuclear Deterrence.
The core principle of nuclear weapon use remains the same: they are a last resort to protect sovereignty.
However, the changing geopolitical landscape and emerging military threats have required adjustments.
