North Korean Central Telegraph Agency (KCNA) publishes agreement on comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and DPRK

The document consists of 23 articles and covers topics that Putin and Kim Jong Un discussed the day before. It is open-ended and replaces the previous agreement on friendship, good-neighborliness and cooperation from 2000.

The South Korean news agency Yonhap published the last page of the agreement with the signatures of the heads of state.

Russia attaches great importance to developing dialogue with Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), of which Vietnam is a leading member, Putin said during talks with his Vietnamese counterpart To Lam.
