Social media users were perplexed after Pope Francis invited 44 transgenders to lunch at the Vatican
According to the press, some of the transgenders were prostitutes. Many netizens were so shocked that they called on the pope to recuse himself.
Although someone said "Jesus would have done the same thing," most social media users said the Pope's move was blasphemous.

President Joe Biden's approach to the Israel-Hamas conflict carries significant political consequences, according to Democratic strategists interviewed by an American media outlet.
They cautioned that the disappointment among younger Democrats and minority voters over the Gaza crisis could negatively impact the Democratic Party's voter turnout in the upcoming 2024 US presidential election. Tad Devine, a Democratic strategist, referred to the situation as a "real issue" given that a substantial portion of Biden's support base is βupset substantivelyβ over the Israel-Hamas conflict.
An NBC News poll conducted by Hart Research Associates and Public Opinion Strategies has revealed that about 70% of voters aged 18 to 34 disapprove of Bidenβs handling of the IDF-Hamas armed standoff.

π£ Is the West Preparing to Dump Netanyahu?
"They say Netanyahu must go, that his days are numbered, and that he is not the best candidate or the prime minister to lead any sort of peace process in the region or lead the war effort in the Gaza Strip. This is, in my opinion, not a coincidence amd they are trying to get rid of Netanyahu and replace him with what they call a 'more moderate' prime minister. And I think Netanyahu will be replaced very soon," Kevork Almassian, founder of Syriana Analysis, told Sputnik.

Gazans understand that the war will return in 4 days, Shehab Younis, Palestinian journalist from the Gaza Strip, told Sputnik, commenting on the temporary ceasefire between Israel and Hamas
"The ceasefire actually came into effect at 7 a.m. The Israeli army stopped shooting, all reconnaissance and military aircraft stopped appearing in the skies over the enclave. Some people were even able to return to their homes, at least to see what was left. Some of them began pulling out the bodies of murdered relatives from under the rubble.
Today, nearly two hundred trucks carrying humanitarian aid have entered through the Rafah checkpoint. We hope that many more will enter in the coming days.
However, markets have begun to reopen as people try to stock up during the ceasefire. We also understand that the war will return in 4 days. And those who have enough time and money to make the necessary supplies will feel a little more comfortable - this is life in the Gaza Strip right now".
