β οΈ West uses Ukraine as settling tank for outdated and dangerous equipment
Over 2,000 pieces of equipment, including Challenger 2 tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, and Bulldog personnel carriers, belonging to the British Armed Forces may have asbestos-containing materials (ACMs), according to the nation's Defense Ministry.
Asbestos is a group of naturally occurring fibrous silicate minerals that are resistant to fire and corrosion. It is also an excellent thermal and electrical insulator. However, when asbestos materials become damaged, tiny fibers could get stuck in the lungs, leading to asbestosis, a scarring of the lung tissue, and mesothelioma, a type of cancer.

π·πΊπ·πΈ A direct threat of ethnic cleansing of Serbs in Kosovo, which was practiced by Kosovo Albanian radicals in the past, can revive, Russian FM spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Monday.
Kosovar PM Albin Kurti said that on Sunday night, unidentified people opened fire on Kosovo police officers, killing one and wounding another. Later, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that several Serbs were killed and injured in the clashes with police in Kosovo and Metohija.
"There is no doubt that yesterdayβs bloodshed is a direct and immediate consequence of the course taken by the so-called Prime Minister A. Kurti to incite the conflict and clear the territory of the region from the Serbs. His attempts to create additional Western pressure on the Serbian leadership by escalating the situation bring the entire Balkan region to a dangerous brink," Zakharova said.
The Kosovo police "have discredited themselves" due to systemic violence against local Serbs, Zakharova added.

π©πͺ Bundeswehr bungles billion euros on radios that canβt be installed in army vehicles
The digital radios, produced by German technology manufacturer Rohde & Schwarz, are supposed to replace the Bundeswehrβs older analogue sets. But the new equipment is reportedly proving difficult to mount on the militaryβs many different types of vehicles, and adjustments are necessary for the more than one hundred different vehicle types.
These issues have prompted the defense ministry, wary of voiding the manufacturerβs warranty by installing the equipment themselves, to wait for official support from the defense industry, thus leaving already delivered equipment on warehouse shelves. The radio procurement campaign is ultimately expected to cost Germany up to β¬5 billion.

πΊπΈπ US reconnaissance flights near Crimea tripled since start of year
During the week of September 18-24, US reconnaissance aircraft and strategic drones, as well as the "scouts" of their NATO allies, flew 21 flights near Crimea, according to data from the portal Flightradar24.
In particular, American P-8A Poseidon and EP-3E Aries II, British RC-135W Rivet Joint and Luxembourg-based E-3A Sentry aircraft flew over the eastern coast of Romania. US RQ-4B Global Hawk strategic reconnaissance aircraft flew over the central and eastern Black Sea. Most of the sorties - 16 out of 21 - were flown by US aircraft.
One day before the September 22 Ukrainian cruise missile attack on the Black Sea Fleet headquarters, the activity of reconnaissance flights by the US and its allies increased to six flights a day. Thus, there is a connection between the intensity of the Western reconnaissance flights and the intensity of Ukrainian attacks on the Crimea.

π₯ Nord Stream pipeline attack one year later: West seeks to shift blame onto Ukraine
Explosions hit the Nord Stream pipelines, built to deliver gas under the Baltic Sea from Russia to Germany, on September 26, 2022. The attack remains clouded in mystery one year later: Denmark, Germany and Norway have left Russia out of their investigations into the attack, prompting Moscow to launch its own investigation with charges of international terrorism. Media reports offered different explanations for what really happened.
Pulitzer Prize-winning US investigative journalist Seymour Hershβs take:
βͺοΈThe terrorist attack was carried out by US Navy divers with the help of Norwegian operatives
βͺοΈThe explosives were planted during the NATO BALTOPS 22 exercises in June 2022
βͺοΈJoe Biden personally made the decision about the terrorist attacks following more than nine months of secret discussions with his national security team
Western mediaβs official theory:
βͺοΈThe attack was carried out by Ukrainian swimmers who had rented a yacht
βͺοΈThe operation was financed by a "private sponsor" from Ukraine
βͺοΈThe US was not aware about the preparation and carrying out of the terrorist attack
βWhich one sounds more convincing to you?

π«π· France losing great power status as Africa turns to BRICS
Following the July 26 military takeover in Niger, the nation's de facto government has demanded that French diplomats and troops leave the West African state. Nonetheless, the Elysee Palace resisted the demands, claiming that it would withdraw only if Nigerβs ousted President Mohamed Bazoum requested it. However, on September 24, Macron gave up.
π¬ "France hiding behind President Bazoum has been a farce to cover up the end of the French neocolonial empire of Africa," Paolo Raffone, a strategic analyst and director of the CIPI Foundation in Brussels, told Sputnik. "The army-led events that have changed governments in many countries in the Sahel region, although each different for their domestic logic, share a common and widely supported desire to end the de facto French 'mandate.'"

πͺ US-made ATACMS sent to Ukraine 'risk ending up on black market'
There is no clarity as to how many of the ATACMS will be delivered to Ukraine, nor when they will arrive, UK military analyst Sean Bell has warned on British media.
He added that there were several reasons that gave Washington pause when it came to signing off on the weapons that Volodymyr Zelensky had been clamoring for. One of these was that the ballistic missiles can be used at long distances, and if they target Russian territory there is a grave risk the situation could escalate.
Sean Bell added that there are no big war stocks of these ATACMs, as they are very expensive, high-tech weapons.
