๐ธ๐ณ Bidenโs migrant border crisis blows a hole worth millions in the Colorado City budget
The surge of migrants inundating Denver due to the Biden administration's border policies has cost the American city millions, officials have revealed. To be more specific, the city in Colorado has racked up expenses of close to $24.8 millions on migrant sheltering efforts, as per figures cited in a US media report.
Colorado has not positioned itself as a โsanctuary stateโ โ a term loosely used to refer to places politically โsympatheticโ to undocumented immigrants who are in the US illegally. Nevertheless, in August, the city spent over $23 millions on the migrant crisis. With expenses of up to $1,000 per migrant per week, in April the city was anticipated to spend close to $20 million over the course of six months.

๐ฃ๏ธ On President Joe Bidenโs improvements in domestic policy:
โI mean, let's remember when Biden first became president and we were told that the pandemic policies were going to cut child poverty in half, which was a lie. They never accomplished that. But as you said, temporary. So the child tax credit is gone. The automatic enrollment of Medicaid is gone. People all over the country are being kicked off of Medicaid, losing their SNAP benefits. They may, in fact, be eligible under their state's rules, but there's no more assurance at the top that people are going to receive these benefits. And you're not supposed to mention it,โ Margaret Kimberley, editor and senior columnist at Black Agenda Report and author, told Sputnik.

๐ฃ๏ธ On how the media massively overhyped the Ukrainian counteroffensive:
โThe joint US-Ukrainian effort to turn the tide of public opinion after this counteroffensive demonstrated that Ukraine isn't in a good shape, that Ukraine isn't going to win the war. As I said earlier, Ukraine fatigue is growing more and more common in Western countries... We've seen in polls in France and Germany, and in the United States, you're seeing more and more people oppose sending more weapons and ammunition to Ukraine. And so in addition to this public relations offensive, we're also seeing something similar in the Western media,โ Bryce Greene, contributor to Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting, told Sputnik.

โPresident Raisi said the project of global Americanization has failed, referring to the staggering collapse of the policy of unilateralism with Washington in the role of a hegemony,โ the outlet wrote.
Raisi emphasized that โthe equation of Western domination does not work for the world anymore,โ and that โthe old liberal order that used to serve the interests of imperialists and capitalists has been brushed aside.โ The planet, he said, is โreaching a critical junction point as an emerging order of non-Western states look to pursue closer economic and political ties with one another.โ
