Russian Defence Minister presents state awards in Headquarters of Russian Joint Group of Forces
Russian Defence Minister General of the Army Sergei Shoigu presented state awards to servicemen, who distinguished themselves in the line of duty, in the Headquarters of the Russian Joint Group of Forces.
For heroism and selflessness, the Russian Defence Minister awarded the servicemen the Orders of Courage and medals ‘For Bravery’ and thanked the personnel for the exemplary performance of tasks during the special military operation.
After the ceremony, Russian Defence Minister General of the Army Sergei Shoigu together with Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation / First Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation General of the Army Valery Gerasimov congratulated the servicemen taking part in the special military operation on Defender of the Fatherland Day, thanked them for their selfless duty, wished them good health, strong spirit, and new victories for the glory of the Fatherland.
