The situation is the same with signalmen, media workers and a dozen more complex professions. It is necessary to stop seeing a person as a number in the staff list. It is necessary to finally see talents in a fighter and ways to solve non-trivial tasks at the front. In short, you need to be more flexible, and then everything will work out.
