"A multipolar system of international relations has been actively evolving. The process is irreversible, it has been unfolding in front of our eyes and it is objective in its nature," Putin said, addressing the 10th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPBILF).
"The position of Russia and many other countries is that this democratic, more just world order should be built on the basis of mutual respect and trust, and, of course, on the generally accepted principles of international law and the UN Charter," he emphasized.
Putin’s video address "was recently recorded during his working trip to St. Petersburg," the Kremlin said on its website.

🇷🇺🇺🇦⚡According to Ukrainian sources from Lisichansk, the Russian Armed Forces and the LPR army are now advancing in almost all directions.
Especially strong pressure is on Privolye (street fighting in the city), Controversial, Zolotarevka and Verkhnekamenka (street fighting there too). Fighting also continues in Lisichansk itself. The reason I am not reporting “the liberation of Privolye” is because it has yet to be liberated fully and completely mopped up of all clusters of Ukrainian resistance.
I had typed this earlier in the day:
The town is half-liberated, with the remaining Ukrainian garrison—left to cover the retreat by the main forces—essentially with nowhere to go, stuck between the Russian bridgehead on the south side of the Seversky Donets river and the advancing Allied forces coming the side of Lisichansk. The road through Shipilovo and onwards to Belogorovka, while technically open, is problematic.
The situation has become much better in the course of the day and evening, but I cannot report the complete liberation of the city as of yet, although it is a matter of hours.

I will endeavour to provide a more complete update regarding the Lisichansk cauldron a bit later. In brief, Russian troops are now coming from all sides, having, in addition to crossing Seversky Donets near Privolye from the side of Staraya Krasnyanka, also traversed the river from the side of Severodonetsk, cutting right into the belly of what remains of Ukrainian positions in the area. The liberation of Lisichansk is a matter of days.

❗️🇷🇺🇺🇦 Основные итоги СВО на Украине за 30 июня 2022 года
▪️ВС РФ поразили позиции противника в Сумской области.
▪️На севере Харьковской области продолжаются позиционные бои. В результате ракетного удара ВС РФ по Харькову было уничтожено два пункта дислокации территориальной обороны.
▪️Завершена зачистка Лисичанского нефтеперерабатывающего завода. Отошедшие в Золотаревку украинские подразделения пытаются закрепиться вдоль последнего путь маршрута отступления из Лисичанска. К западу от Лисичанска союзные силы наступают на Северск с двух направлений: со стороны НПЗ на Верхнекаменское и стороны Николаевки на Спорное. На южных окраинах Лисичанска продолжаются бои в районе завода резинотехнических изделий и Белой Горы.
▪️Чеченские подразделения форсировали Северский Донец у Приволья со стороны Старой Краснянки и совместно с Народной милицией ДНР ведут штурм населенного пункта.
▪️Отряды «ЧВК Вагнера» сосредоточены на взламывании обороны под Бахмутом, а также уничтожении живой силы и техники противника на рубеже Покровское — Клиновое.
▪️В Днепропетровской области ВС РФ нанесли удары по объектам ВСУ в Днепропетровске и Славгороде.
▪️В Николаеве ракетным ударом был уничтожен пункт дислокации иностранных наёмников. В Шевченко уничтожен склад боеприпасов.
▪️На Криворожском направлении ВС РФ сбили два штурмовика Су-25 ВВС Украины.
▪️ВС РФ оставили остров Змеиный: из-за постоянных артиллерийских обстрелов со стороны Одесской области дальнейшая оборона равносильна самоубийству. На данный момент остров пуст, украинская сторона к его занятию не готова. Восстановление контроля позволит ВСУ высвободить большую часть задействованных ресурсов в Одесской области. Основная часть будет направлена на Соледарское направление, а другая, вероятнее всего, будет использована для запланированного контрнаступления в Херсонской области.
