its a little hard in the begining but not as much as you think it is. I commute on a bicycle to work most days, and it had an amazing impact on my mental and phisical health. Just remember to carry and use a good sunscreen in sunny days and its also usefull to have a scarf stashed somewhere in case of a cold windy morning. take care you all, and stay strong <3

i honestly ride something like average speed of 13kmh and just have this hour for myself to chill while i ride everyday. i think a big part of the feel good aspect is that you have time outside with nature. While you cant use your phone and have to stay vigilant and focused, which in my opinion must do something positive to the brain thats used to laying down and scrolling trough the internet 🤔
