- Updated few more configurations and blobs from LA.UM.8.6.r1-04400-89xx CAF tags which include the following:
• WiFi/Hotspot configs and display
• DSI and netmgr IMS vendor configurations
• QCOM related framework jars including location and perfomance related binaries
- Fixed DTV applications not showing up at all in Brazilian variants
- Other miscellaneous cleanups and fixes in trees
