Getting a rapid knocking noise while turning AND accelerating. Turning with the clutch in eliminates the noise.
The knocking is also much faster than the wheels are rotating so it seems to be somewhere on the axle rather than the wheel itself.
I’ve identified the noise in the second video but it’s been suggested to me that that may be the gearbox going from forward to reverse?
Anyway, throw your theories at me and also if this is a job I could have a shot at (I have pretty much all the required tools) or if it’s a bit too in-depth for a layman.
