International Manifesto for a Universal Constitutional Right to Non-Connection/Disconnection
Digital connectivity should be an option, not an obligation.
The aim of this Manifesto is to unite the international forces of NGOs and associations isolated in their respective fields of struggle, in order to demonstrate that everything is interconnected:
● Health : children's addiction to screens, the physical and mental alienation of the overgrown children we have all become or are forced to become; the denial of the harmful effects of pulsed artificial microwaves and electrosmog.
● Fundamental freedoms threatened by the dictates of the all-digital world, which brings us closer to total control of populations in the heart of daily life and even in the most intimate spheres.
● Ecology : the aberration of the all-digital world due to its energy-intensive and polluting materiality , which is extremely costly in human terms and disastrous for life and biodiversity.
We must raise awareness and awaken consciences in the face of a global civilizational upheaval unprecedented since the dawn of humanity. We are entering an era of grim dystopia, culminating in generative AI.
This Manifesto aims to establish a framework for struggle and resistance against the hubris currently unfolding on Earth, in space, and on and beneath our oceans . More than ever, we must unite internationally as quickly as possible, united by a shared understanding of the situation, in order to plan concrete actions.

Anne lived at No. 1, 10 metres from the telecoms mast by the fire station from 2004 to 2008. While there, Anne had severe facial pain, screaming in her ears and bouts of dangerously high blood pressure. After moving house in 2008 she was diagnosed with breast cancer, then Parkinson’s, then motor neurone disease, dying of this in 2018.
A retired fisherman lived at No. 21 at the bottom right of the plan, 40 metres from the mast. He was a long-term resident and was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in circa. 2007. He died soon after. References include: 7. Rationale for concern: Human beings are bioelectrical systems. Environmental exposures to artificial EMFs can disturb fundamental biological processes in the human body:
