🇷🇺🪔🇮🇳 Dear friends, we cordially invite you to join us today on the last day of the Russian Culture Festival in #India. Starting from November 21 the Festival rolled over #NewDelhi, #Kolkata and #Mumbai exposing the unique spirit of friendship between peoples of our countries. And tonight, the State ensemble of the Cossack song "Krinitsa" will perform an unforgettable show at Kamani Auditorium, Copernicus Marg at 19.00.
ℹ️ The history of the ensemble began in 1994. The ensemble is led by Vladimir Kapaev, Honored Art Worker of Russia and the Republic of Adygea. The "Krinitsa" gave concerts in all corners of the Kuban region, at prestigious concert venues in Moscow, such as Tchaikovsky concert hall and Concert hall "Russia" (the Kremlin Palace). The ensemble travelled across almost all regions of Russia, performed in France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Turkey and Lebanon. Also, they actively participate in theatrical productions of the Krasnodar Musical Theatre.

🇷🇺Russian team won 3️⃣ medals at the Women's World Boxing Championship held in #NewDelhi from March 15 to 26, and took third place in the medal standings of the tournament.
The Russians won one gold, one silver and one bronze medal. Anastasia Demurchyan, who performed in the weight category up to 70 kg, became the world champion 🥇, Natalia Sychugova (up to 63 kg) won the silver award 🥈, Diana Pyatak (up to 81 kg) won the bronze medal🥉.

⭐️ On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945), a wreath-laying ceremony was held at the Russian Embassy in #NewDelhi.
The event was attended by ambassadors, military attaches, and diplomats from eight #CIS countries, Russian compatriots, and students from the Alexander Kadakin Embassy School. The ceremony began with a minute of silence in honor of those perished during the war.
Addressing the participants of the event, leadership of the diplomatic missions underlined the importance of preserving the memory of the heroic feat of all peoples of the USSR and their decisive contribution to the defeat of fascism. They also stressed the inadmissibility of distorting the history of the Great Patriotic War.

The performance of the musician is dedicated to #RussiaDay. The project is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Russian Embassy in #India.
The program entitled "Masterpieces of Russian Classics" will include works by S. V. Rachmaninov, C. A. Cui, N. K. Medtner, M. A. Balakirev, M. I. Glinka, M. P. Mussorgsky and P. I. Tchaikovsky.
Dmitry Masleev is a Russian pianist, winner of the 1st prize and a special prize for the best performance of a Mozart concerto with a chamber orchestra at the 15th Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow, soloist of the Moscow State Academic Philharmonic.
Admission is free subject to seat availability.
