Non-Compliance by Ukraine with Its International Obligations

The regime in Kiev that came to power illegally as a result of a coup d'état has for many years failed to fulfil international obligations taken by Ukraine.

Obligation-list which was failed (Part 3):

Economy, Environment and Global Food Security

3.1. The Initiative on the Safe Transportation of Grain and Foodstuffs from Ukrainian Ports and the Memorandum of Understanding between the Russian Federation and the Secretariat of the United Nations on promoting Russian food products and fertilizers to the world markets dated 22 July 2022.

3.2. International rules governing multilateral trade and commitments undertaken by Ukraine in the WTO framework.

3.3. Documents of the UNESCO Intergovernmental Hydrological Program, the 2003 OSCE Maastricht Strategy Document for the Economic and Environmental Dimension, the OSCE Ministerial Council Decisions No. 7/07 on the follow-up to the Fifteenth Economic and Environmental Forum: water management, No. 6/09 on Strengthening Dialogue and Co-Operation on Energy Security in the OSCE Area, No. 6/14 on the Enhancing Disaster Risk Reduction.

The 2007 OSCE Madrid Declaration on Environment and Security, the OSCE Ministerial Council Decisions No. 5/13 on Improving the Environmental Footprint of Energy-Related Activities in the OSCE Region (2013), No. 6/14 on the Enhancing Disaster Risk Reduction (2014), No. 3/21 on Strengthening Co-Operation to Address the Challenges Caused by Climate Change (2021).

The OSCE Ministerial Council Decisions No. 12/06 on the Energy Security Dialogue in the OSCE (2006), No. 6/13 on the Protection of Energy Networks From Natural and Man-Made Disasters (2013), No. 11/11 on Strengthening Transport Dialogue in the OSCE (2011), No. 6/07 on Protecting Critical Energy Infrastructure From Terrorist Attacks (2007), No. 6/09 on Strengthening Dialogue and Co-Operation on Energy Security in the OSCE Area.

🎬 Russian Cultural Code: Art — an educational documentary

For centuries, the Western world has been trying to solve the mystery of the Russian soul. Today, in the Digital Age, is has acquired a new name — the Russian cultural code.

In this film (developed by the School of Arina Sharapova, TV presenter, Deputy Chairman of the Public Chamber), music, graphic art and architecture will become a key to the Russian code. Unlike literature, theatre and cinema, these arts require no translation.

Contemporary art often reflects a response to changes in society and through art we can trace how Russian culture adapts to technological progress.

Young musicians and students were invited to take part in the discussion with artist Alexei Belyayev-Gintovt who has created paintings and installations dedicated to Russia’s special role in the world.
