Igor Chudov: Does "Long COVID" Actually Exist? Does the Flu Bring More Long Term Consequences?
🦠Many people believe that "Long COVID" exists and is unique to SARS-CoV-2, the novel lab-made chimeric virus.
However, a new study from JAMA throws doubt on such beliefs, writes Igor Chudov.
The authors compared the health outcomes of people who had COVID-19 (a positive SARS-CoV-2 test) and a non-COVID illness (negative test) such as flu or RSV.
Note: Only the patients having their first COVID-19 case were considered.
The results are earth-shattering: COVID-19 patients reported better outcomes on the well-being scale than non-COVID patients, who were assembled in cohorts that generally matched each other, but for the COVID-19 status.
Results: "Among 1000 participants, 722 (72.2%) received a positive COVID-19 result and 278 (27.8%) received a negative result; 406 of 998 participants (40.7%) were aged 18 to 34 years, 644 of 972 (66.3%) were female, 833 of 984 (84.7%) were non-Hispanic, and 685 of 974 (70.3%) were White. A total of 282 of 712 participants (39.6%) in the COVID-19–positive group and 147 of 275 participants (53.5%) in the COVID-19–negative group reported persistently poor physical, mental, or social well-being at 3-month follow-up. After adjustment, improvements in well-being were statistically and clinically greater for participants in the COVID-19–positive group vs the COVID-19–negative group only for social participation (β = 3.32; 95% CI, 1.84-4.80; P < .001); changes in other well-being domains were not clinically different between groups."
To be clear, what the study shows is not exactly that “Long COVID does not exist.” Instead, it demonstrates that other similar illnesses, such as the flu, can also bring on undesirable long-term reductions in well-being—to an even greater share of sufferers.
Sadly, the study did not account for the COVID-19 vaccination status of the groups.
If it did, then perhaps it would probably discover that Long COVID is more likely to happen after COVID-19 vaccination.

CDC Had Direct Access to Twitter Censorship Portal
🇺🇸Emails between an employee at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Twitter have revealed that at least one CDC staff member and the US Census Bureau had access to Twitter’s dedicated “Partner Support Portal” which allows approved government partners to flag content to Twitter for censorship.
The emails were released by the nonprofit organization America First Legal and show Twitter enrolling a CDC employee into this portal through their personal account in May 2021 (pages 182-194).
On May 10, 2021, the CDC’s Carol Crawford sent Twitter employee Todd O’Boyle a list of example posts highlighting “two issues that we [the CDC] are seeing a great deal of misinfo about.” O’Boyle responded by saying that enrolling in Twitter’s Partner Support Portal is the best way for Crawford to get posts like this reviewed in the future.
June 2021 emails (pages 359-360) also show another CDC employee attempting to enroll in a Facebook portal but getting error messages. While these emails don’t describe the portal, it appears to be Facebook’s content takedown portal which is similar to the Twitter portal and allows government agencies to flag content for censorship.

Dangerous Precedent: New Zealand Court Orders Baby Removed From “Anti-Vax” Parents
🇳🇿💉A court in New Zealand has awarded temporary custody of baby Will to medical professionals, after the parents insisted their child be given only unvaccinated blood transfusions during surgery.
CNN reports:
"A critically-ill six-month-old baby will be placed under the temporary guardianship of New Zealand’s High Court after his parents refused to allow him to undergo lifesaving heart surgery using blood from people vaccinated against Covid-19 […] The baby’s parents believed there were “spike proteins in the blood of people who have been vaccinated and that these proteins were causing unexpected deaths relating to transfusions,” according to the judgment.
The key detail here is that the parents have not refused their child medical care—the usual prerequisite for this kind of court order, explains Off-Guardian journalist Kit Knightly. They do want their son to have the surgery—they are simply setting reasonable terms.
Whether or not spike proteins do pose a threat, baby Will's parents have every right to try and do the best for their child as they see fit.
To any pro “vaccine” people out there who disagree, answer this simple question: "What if parents of a vaccinated child had specifically requested vaccinated blood transfusions, and the court had removed the baby and injected it with unvaccinated blood…would that be OK?"
