Delone Redden attempted a flying assault on Judge Mary Kay Holthus while being sentenced for battery with substantial bodily harm.

A Marshal was sent to the hospital and the judge was unharmed.

❗️ Epstein Docs Unsealed: Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew Among Big Names in First Batch

Numerous court documents identifying associates of notorious sex offender Jeffrey Epstein were made public late Wednesday.

Some of the high-profile names in the court documents include Prince Andrew, the former US president Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson and David Copperfield.

The documents in total, including material yet to be unsealed, are expected to include nearly 200 names, including some of Epstein’s accusers, prominent businesspeople, politicians and potentially more.

The documents contain excerpts of depositions taken of Maxwell and Virginia Roberts Giuffre. There is also a deposition from Johanna Sjoberg who recalled in 2016 Epstein telling her “Clinton likes them young, referring to girls.”

When asked if Clinton was a friend of Epstein’s, she said she understood Epstein had “dealings” with Clinton.

In its application, South Africa states that Israel has killed a large number of Palestinians; inflicted “conditions of life intended to bring about [Palestinians’] destruction as a group”; caused mass displacement and destruction of homes; deprived Palestinians of access to adequate food, water, shelter, medical care, and sanitation; and imposed measures that obstruct Palestinians from being able to give birth.

The application places these allegations within the context of Israel’s telecommunications blackouts, restriction of fact-finding bodies, and killing of journalists in Gaza since the conflict began. 

Can anyone really believe Kirby is telling the truth?

🔴 "Enemy State": North Korea Moves to Redefine Relations with Seoul

The moves, which break with decades of policy, could mean Pyongyang's foreign ministry taking over comms with the South, and potentially help justify the use of nuclear weapons against Seoul in a future war. (Reuters)

Since the 1950-53 Korean War ended in a stalemate, both nations have had policies that treat each other differently than other countries.

However, Kim Jong Un has said peaceful reunification is impossible, and that his govt would make a “decisive policy change” in relations with the "enemy". He also ordered the military to be prepared to pacify and occupy the South in the event of a crisis.

❗️Beijing Holds Rival Military Drills in Hotly Contested South China Sea

The Chinese PLA showcased fighter jets firing missiles in the South China Sea Thursday, follow tense standoffs between Beijing and Manila in recent times.

The PLA added that its forces were on "high alert” and "fully aware of and prepared for any military activities that spoil the South China Sea and create flashpoints.”

On Wednesday, the Philippine and US militaries began their second maritime drills in the South China Sea in less than two months.
