PixelOS release are pulled temporarily but no ETA for hotfix release right now. The download link is not deleted, but I am encouraged to install a standalone kernel package after installing ROM (after flashing finished, reboot into recovery, then flash kernel zip. if you use PixelOS recovery you will see error about zip signature verification thingy - just select Yes and it'll installed, then reboot to system)

Apparently the bootloop issue on inbuilt kernel is caused by clang compiler used in PixelOS seems isn't compatible with my kernel, so I need to compile kernel with old clang during ROM build time
