HP started to sell cheap laptops as 1TB. They are ranging from 64GB eMMC to 256GB cheap-ass SSD. The 1TB is "OneDrive offer".

Warn relatives and colleagues who may fall for that shit! Amazon is doing nothing so far despite it's obviously a violation.
