🩸 What we’re confronting is not the need to abolish medicine, but to decontaminate it.

The problem isn't evidence-based care — it’s the institutional capture of that evidence:

When the manufacturer funds the trials

When the journal buries the conflicts

When the media narrates the outcome

And the state makes that outcome mandatory

— then “science” becomes a slogan, not a method.

Trust isn’t created by authority.

It’s created by transparency, accountability, and the freedom to question without coercion.

So what would a trustworthy medical system look like?

🔍 Open data — fully public clinical trials, independent replications

🪪 No immunity shields — liability for harm, same as any industry

🏥 Decentralized health models — not monopolized care tied to one ideological pipeline

👂 Informed consent — not corporate consent disguised as “public good”

In other words:

Evidence-based medicine is only legitimate when the evidence is free from political and financial gag orders.

And truth requires systems that can be challenged — not systems that mandate belief.
