Meet Miracle. She's 9 years old, from Malawi, and she just became the 9,000th child saved by Save a Child's Heart, an Israeli charity that's been giving kids with congenital heart disease a second chance since 1995.

Miracle traveled to Israel without her family, just a nurse by her side, for surgery she couldn't get at home. She was treated at the Sylvan Adams Children's Hospital at Wolfson Medical Center, and today, she's recovering, healthy, and heading home.

9,000 children from 75 countries, and one Israeli organization quietly changing lives, one heart at a time. 🇮🇱❤️

A Justiça argentina determinou nesta terça-feira (22) que sete cidadãos iranianos e um integrante do grupo terrorista Hezbollah sejam levados a julgamento pelo atentado contra a AMIA, centro comunitário judaico de Buenos Aires, cometido em 18 de julho de 1994.

O ataque matou 85 pessoas e deixou mais de 300 feridas, sendo o atentado terrorista mais letal da história da Argentina. A Justiça argentina considera que o atentado foi planejado por altos integrantes do regime iraniano e executado pelo Hezbollah.

Entre os acusados estão ex-integrantes do alto escalão iraniano, como Ali Fallahijan e Ali Velayati, além de Salman Raouf Salman, apontado como integrante do Hezbollah. Como o Irã se recusa a extraditar os suspeitos, o processo deverá ocorrer à revelia, utilizando um mecanismo legal recentemente adotado pela Argentina.

O juiz federal Daniel Rafecas classificou o atentado como crime contra a humanidade. A decisão representa um avanço histórico em um caso marcado por décadas de impunidade, interferências políticas e falta de cooperação internacional.

Mais de três décadas depois, as famílias das vítimas seguem esperando por justiça. Levar os responsáveis a julgamento não apaga a dor, mas é um passo fundamental para enfrentar o terrorismo e a impunidade.

Neria Dov ben Chana, son of Israel’s Ambassador to the United States, Yechiel Leiter, is fighting for his life after being critically wounded in a Palestinian terrorist ramming attack near Beit Horon, Judea and Samaria/West Bank.

The Leiter family has already endured unimaginable loss. Neria’s older brother, Maj. Moshe Yedidya Leiter, fell in battle in Gaza nearly three years ago.

Our hearts are with Ambassador Leiter and his entire family. We pray for Neria’s full and speedy recovery.

UN Secretary-General António Guterres says he's "never seen killing and destruction like Gaza." But where was that same language for Ethiopia's Tigray war, which killed hundreds of thousands? For Yemen's humanitarian catastrophe, now in its second decade? For Sudan's ongoing collapse, displacing millions? For Russia's invasion of Ukraine?

Israel is held to a standard no other nation is held to. UN Resolutions condemning Israel outnumber those against every other country combined. Investigations are opened, commissions are formed, and statements are issued at a pace and intensity reserved for one conflict.

Selective outrage helps no one. It doesn't help Palestinians. It doesn't help Israelis. And it erodes the credibility of the institution meant to uphold international law fairly, for everyone, everywhere.
