A day before the Al-Ahli hospital bombing, Netanyahu said in a speech that the war was a struggle between “the children of light and the children of darkness”. No wonder most of the world now believes Israel made good on those threats by bombing a hospital and killing 500 Palestinian civilians, mostly children.

This photo is being circulated with the claim that it is the impact site of the bombing of Al-Ahli last night. If this is accurate — which must of course always be questioned — there is no way this could have killed 500 people inside the hospital buildings. This is a PARKING LOT impact that didn't even leave a crater in the parking lot, and many of the nearby cars are surprisingly intact. I'm wondering if this is even the right impact site. More questions keep arising...

If the above photo is accurate and is really the sole impact site at the Al-Ahli hospital, it seems to indicate 500 people DID NOT die in the blast, unless there is a type of bomb which is more incendiary, designed to produce a large fireball but NOT to destroy hardened structures (such as concrete or roads). I don't know enough about military ordnance to know whether such bombs exist, but I can say that this parking lot blast site seems inconsistent with the initial explosion videos filmed during the night, which produced a massive fireball. What kind of bomb produces a massive fireball but doesn't leave a crater in a parking lot? Still investigating...

Ah, now here's a piece that may provide more understanding. From AlJazeera, "Three thousand people who survived missile attacks in other parts of Gaza had come to take refuge at al-Ahli, where they slept in the garden courtyard and in the upper floors of the hospital building." So people were SLEEPING IN THE COURTYARD, right next to the parking lot. I can certainly see that those people could have been killed by such a blast in the parking lot, even if that blast didn't bring down the buildings. I wasn't aware that people were sleeping in the courtyard. Here's a photo:

I am reiterating that while #Israel chooses WAR, the USA chooses war, and nearly all conservative media is choosing war, I CHOOSE PEACE. I call for: 1) Immediate cease fire. 2) Diplomatic intervention and negotiations. 3) Universal recognition of the right of civilians to access basis necessities of life including food, water and electricity. 4) Pursuit of a UN-recognized two-state solution so that Palestinians and Israelis may have a chance of peaceful coexistence (which successfully exists in many other countries around the world). Choosing PEACE is our only option if we hope to end human suffering and recognize universal human dignity. All those who cheer for war are standing in contradiction to humanity's very sustainability. Key realizations from this article and videos: 1) Palestinian civilians were sleeping in the courtyard area (outside) at the al-Ahli hospital. Killing them did not require destroying hospital buildings. 2) Israel today bombed a second hospital, the al-Quds hospital, in a manner that sounds and looks identical to the al-Ahli hospital bombing. 3) The jets launching these missiles produce clear launch signatures in both videos. 4) It's now clear this was an AIR BURST missile, with video evidence of car hoods and roofs crushed DOWNARD, with immense pressure from above.
