U.S. oil refineries are delaying maintenance and running at OVER 100% output through Q2 of this year.

If these refineries are not brought down for required maintenance very soon, they literally start to blow up and kill lots of workers.

There are MANY examples of this over the last 25 years or so: The BP explosion in Texas City, Texas. The Marathon Petroleum explosion in Galveston Bay, Texas. The Tesoro accident in Anacortes, Washington that blew up and killed 7 workers. The Chevron El Segundo, California fire in 2025 (which actually didn't kill anyone, thankfully).

Delaying maintenance on refineries is a risky gambit. It seems that Trump is pushing U.S. refineries to delay maintenance (that's my take on it, anyway) and maximize output to try to keep fuel prices low.

This casino-like attitude of pushing oil refinery equipment to its limits can end catastrophically. Explosions or fires can END refineries forever, or in other cases require years of major repairs.

I wonder how far Trump is going to push things in this vector, and I pray we don't see refineries start blowing up and killing workers.

Andy Wakefield talks about the possibility of AI robot doctors replacing human doctors, but where human doctors may still have some roles. "I don't like the idea of a robot conducting a rectal examination..." No kidding. But I also don't like the idea of a child-murdering, pro-vaccine, pharma-brainwashed human doctor conducting a rectal examination either, know what I mean?

I talked with Andy Wakefield about the pro-pharma bias in mainstream AI models, and why advanced AI reasoning will eventually expose the fraud of pharma and the near-useless cancer industry that ignores prevention and cures. From our recent interview on Bright Videos.

The risk of nuclear war and how it would unleash a global attack on the genetic integrity of humanity... and why Trump's escalation actions are a threat to all humanity. (From my interview with Michael Yon, Steve Murray and Michael Farris on Coffee and a Mike...)

AI technology is NOT in a bubble!

With the recent bombshell releases of DeepSeek, MiniMax H3, Qwen 3.8 (imminent), Kimi K3 and others, it's abundantly clear that AI technology is leapfrogging ahead at an astonishing pace.

What's in a bubble is investment in AI infrastructure in the USA. All those data centers backed by trillions of dollars in investment promises (and circular financing across some semiconductor companies)...

The AI investment bubble is going to crater, but AI technology itself is continuing to surge forward.

I've seen some people conflate the two concepts and talk about the "AI bubble" as if AI doesn't work and it's all over-hyped. That's not true at all. AI tech is under-hyped. Few people grasp how rapidly it's advancing... mostly from China, not the USA.

The AI infrastructure investment in U.S. data centers is going to pop like tulip bulb mania, since all those data centers won't even be needed, since China's models are vastly superior and also available at a fraction of the cost. China will become the data center hub of the world, while U.S. data centers will eventually be auctioned off and maybe turned into quarantine camps or something similarly nefarious.

America's present-day military is a giant paper tiger that has run out of munitions and is flat-out empty of good ideas. Here's a new infographic depicting this, with an obsolete WWII tiger squatting on a shattered Pentagon that's bleeding cash... (gotta love the symbolism)

New infographic: SKYNET IS COMING.

The Pentagon wants AI-enhanced autonomous weapons. Guess how they'll be used?

Eventually they will be turned against YOU. Because the Pentagon is already run by genocidal war criminals who care nothing about bombing women and children in foreign wars.

Soon, they'll do the same thing right at home. And you'll be fighting for survival against Skynet.

(AI-created infographic, but I use AI to warn humanity, not to enslave it...)

Magnesium plays a role in many everyday processes in the body, but getting enough can be overlooked. Low intake may be linked with various symptoms and health risks, while factors like diet, certain medications, and chronic conditions can affect levels.
Try leafy greens in salads or eggs, sprinkle seeds over yogurt or oatmeal, add nuts as a snack, or mix beans into soups, rice, or salads. Small food swaps can make it easier to include magnesium-containing foods in your regular diet.
