Things I'm doing today, FYI:

1) Improving the code for auto-translation of book cover images in Chinese, as part of our BrightLearn Chinese rollout (French and Spanish are already done). This uses local AI image generators and local OCR quality checks.

2) Testing Kimi K3 on bug fixing for an in-house research project that pours through millions of science papers looking for hidden discoveries (basically automating meta-analysis science paper research).

3) Replace broken Windows on my studio laptop with Linux Mint, flashing the ISO image via thumb drive boot. Since Windows sucks and doesn't work.

4) Solving solar charging configuration issues with a new solar inverter, in preparation for how-to videos on off-grid power storage.

5) Taking radiation and ionization measurements at different locations in preparation for installation of an experimental device that claims to help clear the air of EMF pollution (among other things).

Loving Saturdays!

Hoping you all realize that if Trump uses a tactical nuclear weapon to bomb Pickaxe mountain in Iran (which seems to be one possible plan), then the whole world erupts into nuclear war, and all the food grown and harvested from that point will be contaminated, "post-fallout" food.

One more reason to stock up on food right now is simply because it's PRE-FALLOUT food.

It will command a very high premium if nuclear war is initiated by Trump. Pray that doesn't happen. But plan for it, because that's where Trump is headed, it seems.

U.S. AI tech giants focus on greed, monopolistic practices, secrecy, AI surveillance and autonomous weapons deployments of AI tech.

In contrast, China tech giants focus on democratization of AI technology, open source models, global distribution, making machine intelligence available to the Global South, and sharing breakthrough science by publishing their latest AI science papers.

"OpenAI" is a closed book, for example. It's more like a black box of techno-fascist cultism and a creepy mad rush to synthetic immortality and ruling the world like silicon gods.

Whereas China's models are truly open source. You can download the open weights, run them locally (if you have enough hardware), re-train them on your use case, run them offline, abliterate the models (de-censorship algos), etc.

If the U.S. wins the race to superintelligence, we will find ourselves trying to survive under the most horrific dystopian sci-fi "Terminator" future imaginable, where humans are assigned zero value while powerful AI corporations are handed the money and power to rule the world.

Ponder the evil of Google, but multiplied by orders of magnitude, and deployed AGAINST humanity. That's what U.S. AI technology will deliver.

Chinaโ€™s President Xi recently announced the AI cooperative framework involving 29 countries, pledging 5,000 AI training packages for developing nations, and reiterating Chinaโ€™s desire to, โ€œencourage open source, openness, collaboration and sharing.โ€

While Trump and Hegseth just want to build AI-powered autonomous killing systems that murder more humans. And while censoring high-end AI and restricting access to block the public from being able to use it.

Something to ponder, isnโ€™t it?

Hereโ€™s a bombshell global famine analysis you havenโ€™t heard anywhere else:

For each day that the war with Iran continues, about 400 million people will face a day with no food in the 2027-2028 time frame. (I will show you the math.)

Even more shockingly, MOST of the starvation and food desperation will occur in nations that have no involvement whatsoever in this war.

Thus, the current casualties on the ground, of U.S. soldiers, Iranians or Israelis, will be absolutely dwarfed by the number of famine casualties around the world (largely concentrated in SE Asia, Africa and some Middle Eastern countries such as Somalia).

Hereโ€™s the math:

It is broadly understood by most food scientists and agricultural analysts that synthetic fertilizers currently feed about half the worldโ€™s population: roughly 4 billion people.

If you conduct deep research on the percentage of synthetic fertilizer that comes out of the Persian Gulf, mostly via natural gas extraction and the Haber-Bosch process to create nitrogen-based fertilizers, you come to find that Persian Gulf fertilizer production accounts to 8% - 12% of the worldโ€™s total fertilizer production. (Most fertilizer is produced and consumed domestically and isnโ€™t traded on international markets, so even though Persian Gulf exports as much as one-third of globally TRADED fertilizer, it only accounts for 8% - 12% of global fertilizer production.)

If we settle on 10% here, then we realize that Persian Gulf fertilizer exports keep about 400 million people alive around the world. Thus, end to end, one day of halted fertilizer exports results in around 400 million people not having food for one day, in the end. (The pipeline is long and convoluted due to growing seasons, food harvests, stored food supplies, and so on.)

Similarly, 10 days of continued closure means roughly about 400 million people having nothing to eat for 10 days. Now, we have to account for the fact that people donโ€™t starve instantly. They can survive some period of time without food. This is typically limited to a few weeks. Few people can survive past 45 days without food. So unless food is redistributed from the food-abundant nations to the food-scarce nations, just 45 days of closure of the Strait of Hormuz creates an โ€œair pocketโ€ in the fertilizer supply chains that puts the lives of up to 400 million people at risk due to food scarcity, in its simplest form. But reality is more complex...

Especially when hungry, people are resourceful and most will take steps to avoid starving. Thereโ€™s the cannibalism factor when people start eating each other, for example. That can keep some groups fed for a while longer, although the people they eat obviously wonโ€™t survive. Similarly, there will be much more local hunting of animals (even rats), dumpster diving, the eating of zoo animals, the neighborโ€™s cat, etc. When hungry, people will eat shoe laces, leather, tree bark, cardboard and all sorts of other things they normally wouldnโ€™t eat, and when you see this behavior, you know things are bad.

There are also resourceful people who will refuse to die from starvation because they will hunt, kill and eat a variety of animals, or they will steal from grocery stores, hijack food delivery trucks, etc., in order to survive. And some food-abundant nations will make efforts to contribute food to those nations where famine is worsening. So I donโ€™t think anywhere near 400 million people will actually die from starvation. The number might be much smaller, perhaps just one-tenth: 40 million. But even then, that number is shockingly far higher than any number currently in the minds of anyone in the mainstream media, the White House, the Pentagon, or even the UN.

Almost nobody realizes the long-term mass famine repercussions of this ongoing war, and how Trumpโ€™s actions are in effect risking the lives of potentially tens of millions of people IN THE FUTURE (next year, mostly), because of the long pipeline of energy โ†’ fertilizer โ†’ food. The energy is cut off today, the fertilizer runs out soon, and the famine kicks in not long after that.

This isnโ€™t just a question of food costing more. Itโ€™s an issue of the food simply not existing because itโ€™s not being grown due to the lack of fertilizer. Or crops that are grown produce far lower yields because of the lack of fertilizer. In a worst-case scenario, around 5% of the total global population could face high risk of famine in 2027-2028, or even longer if this war continues.

Put another way, Trump isnโ€™t simply waging war on Iran. His war of choice is actually a war against the human race, and itโ€™s a war against the innocent civilians and children in marginalized nations like Bangladesh, Somalia, Yemen, and even nations like India and Egypt where food security is dicey even in a good year. If not halted, Trumpโ€™s war could quite literally end up killing far more humans than the Holocaust of World War II. Multiples of that.

Thatโ€™s the path we are currently on. Spread the word. Do your own research on this. Tell me why Iโ€™m wrong if you think Iโ€™m wrong. Tell me where the food is going to come from if the fertilizer doesnโ€™t flow out of the Persian Gulf.

Because you can do all the research in the world, and it doesnโ€™t change the facts on the ground. If the strait stays closed, the world begins to starve, and the starvation escalates dramatically in 2027 to the point where easily tens of millions of people will face the risk of dying from famine.

I will cover this in more detail in tomorrow's broadcast.

Shocking new infographic: China's new wave of AI models proves that China HAS WON the AI race. Now, all the U.S. can do is erect firewalls, censorship and bans. The U.S. cannot compete based on merit, so it's going to try to CRIMINALIZE China's models. Disgusting! If Trump bans open source AI, he will prove he's a communist!

Trump is reportedly about to ban access to AI models that it doesn't approve. This is like burning books, because it deprives the people of access to knowledge in the form of Large Language Models (LLMs).

Trump is about to set the First Amendment on fire and outlaw LLMs that don't parrot CIA narratives about everything from COVID to vaccines to 9/11. And people who want to use banned LLMs will resort to becoming "knowledge smugglers."

Will Trump have the feds arrest people for using AI models? Will people be prosecuted and imprisoned for the "crime" of unlocking machine intelligence? It seems so. That's the direction all this is currently headed.

We all need to push back HARD against Trump's insane plan to ban open source AI.

China says it wants to use AI to benefit humanity and democratize access to machine cognition. But Trump wants to criminalize AI to enslave humanity and keep Americans ignorant and uninformed. U.S. corporations will be slaughtered in terms of global competition, since all the other countries in the world will have access to advanced AI intelligence, while U.S. companies will be forced to use nerfed, dumbed-down, government-approve "retard AI" models that Trump likes.

With this action, Trump is about to prove he's a techno-fascist or even a COMMUNIST who wants to burn books and control access to knowledge.

Resist.
