Important to understand that Caleb Maupin is a socialist. (He's not shy about it!)

Having said that, my favorite leftists are anti-war leftists and you can learn a lot from him and other leftists like Caitlin Johnstone.

A friend provided me the fuller passage from Robert Lewis Dabney commenting on the uselessness of establishment conservatives... In 1897!

Also, "baby suffrage"... Funny and also not quite as funny any more as the logic of democracy plays out in ever more absurd expansions of the franchise.

Once I was driving my inner-city students through a wooded area. They told me how scary they found it.

Me: “But where you live in the city you’re much more likely to be killed!”

Them: “Yeah, but if they kill you out here they’ll do something freaky to your body.”

Really happy that Horus is bringing Terry Gilliam into this annual film festival.

My top directors are Terry Gilliam and David Lynch. (Don't ask me to choose between them. 🙃)
There is a brief moment in Terry Gilliam’s The Adventures of Baron Munchausen (1988) that is so perfect.

The Robespierre character (played by Jonathan Pryce) shoots Munchausen and then the angel of death is released and you can see that he is totally shocked. He, like so many leftists historically, hasn’t comprehended the chaos he is unleashing.

They play with dark forces they don’t understand.

When my wife wrote “The Evil of Dating” 20 years ago, it got more of a reaction than anything I ever wrote. I’m very excited for us to follow that up tomorrow with a stream about courtship. Major prep for this one… All our lives you might say! 🙃 https:…
We’re getting tremendous feedback on this stream about courtship.

We went deeper here, shared more intimately, than we have before.

Today my wife suggested our topic for next month.

If you thought this one was Real Talk, just prepare yourself for this next one! 🔥

“Rule by elites… is indeed inevitable. Democracy doesn't change it, but merely transfers status away from merit & toward politics. Democracy simply creates different—worse—elites in the form of a permanent managerial class”

“Mental health is used as an excuse for the criminal behavior of our ethnic minorities, Hollywood types, and all sorts of freaks, drug addicts, and lowlifes, while the shrinks, the insurance companies, and Big Pharma rake it in.”

I had given some thoughts on the pending wheat crisis that will ravage the Middle East, and Lebanon appears to be the first. The small nation is almost entirely dependent on Ukrainian wheat imports, and between delays in getting it from alternative sources and the government being effectively bankrupt (as per the Deputy Prime Minister,) we're going to see things escalate faster than a shitcoin going up for ICO.

Hezbollah is also now in a position to be using anti aircraft weapons in Lebanon as well, with the outgoing Israeli Air Force Chief saying they no longer have full freedom of action over Lebanon either.

With 9 meals being away from anarchy, the tinderbox is precariously close to being lit. IMF loans sit on the table as an option for the Lebanese government, but between economic crises and energy rations, play close attention to what happens here.
“Abolishing this system could take centuries. It will also require people to toe the fine line of not being a cuck and not being a revolting freak. The latter is very difficult in dissident politics because the influences of negative freakish behavior are everywhere…”

New article:
Political solutions: Yes, they exist

“There is no political solution” is a pretty common phrase in dissident politics but it doesn’t seem to mean anything other than “do nothing” or “do terrorism.” Pretty bad advice, to say the least.

Some thoughts I've wanted to put on record for a while and never got round to typing them up.
I’m less surprised by PhilosophiCat defending Christian theology than I once would have been.

After going to my first dissident right gathering I noticed a strong pattern: Though there were pagans and Christians, everyone was spiritually serious.

No one scorned spirituality.

Two posts by Alex Thomson sharing his perspective on the concern that English will become a minority in England, Irish in Ireland, etc.

I particularly like his cite of Acts 17:26:

“From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands.”

I have much more along these lines from the scriptures to share in a video on “The Diversity Heresy” I plan to make.
