Members conducted cardio warmups followed by boxing drills, footwork drills, and body impact conditioning.
Finally, the meet was closed with a session on the grill and food on the waterfront with Brothers from around our community.

Members of Riverland Active Cub were invited to participate in a Land Navigation Workshop hosted by Mid Missouri Minutemen.
🧭Participants gained knowledge of map reading, coordinate plotting, orienteering, and terrain identification, all skills which should be expected of men in the Nationalist sphere.
