[윤창현 의원 "업비트, 해외 법인 통해 우회상장…금융당국 특혜 의혹도"]
연합뉴스에 따르면 업비트가 해외 법인을 통해 가상화폐를 우회 상장하고 특정 세력이 이익을 보게끔 한 것이 아니냐는 의혹이 제기됐다. 21일 국회 정무위원회 소속 윤창현 국민의힘 의원은 업비트 인도네시아 법인에 상장해 있던 밀크(MLK), 디카르고(DKA), 톤(TON) 등이 지난해 2∼8월 국내 시장에 상장하자마자 반짝 급등했다면서 작전 세력이 고점에서 일반 투자자들에게 코인을 떠넘겼다는 의혹을 제기했다. 윤 의원은 또 금융위원회 산하 금융정보분석원(FIU)이 지난달 17일 업비트에 대한 신고를 수리한다고 발표한 즉시 고객 확인 의무를 이행하도록 해야 했는데 이달 6일까지로 유예했다면서 "특혜를 준 것이 아니냐"고 지적했다. 한편 업비트를 보유한 두나무는 최근 한국 예금보험공사(예보)가 보유한 우리금융지주 지분에 대한 입찰에도 참여한 것으로 알려졌다.
