What really turns me off is when my feelings get brushed off. When I finally open up and say I’m hurt, and you reply with “you’re overreacting” or “you’re too sensitive”, it makes me regret being honest. I start to feel like my emotions are a burden to you, and that’s not how love should feel. Jealousy is another thing. I understand being protective, but when it turns into controlling.. questioning who I talk to, what I wear, where I go, while you still want your freedom, it makes me uncomfortable. I want trust, not surveillance. And honestly, the biggest ilfeel is when you never take responsibility. When you never apologize, always twist the situation, and somehow I end up feeling like everything is my fault. That slowly drains me. I don’t stop caring because I don’t love anymore.. I stop because I feel unvalued. At the end of the day, from my POV, ilfeel happens when I don’t feel heard, respected, or chosen. Love should make me feel safe, not small.
