โข Follow up on litigations and attend hearings as needed.
โข. Follow up with the Land Registry, Ministry of Finance, municipalities, and all other relevant authorities regarding pending real estate transfer matters to finalize property transfers and complete all outstanding sales.
Draft simple pleadings, legal notices, and correspondence.
โข Handle corporate documents and ensure corporate files are updated.
โข Manage company registrations and filings with the commercial registrar.
โข Review and draft contracts.
โข Provide legal advice and research on assigned matters.
โข organising the office and handle para legal work.
*โ Qualifications:*
โข bachelor in law (preferably Lebanese University or USEK)
fresh graduate with minimum 2 years experience.
โข master in law is preferable
