Big thanks to Rep. Neal Carter for all his work on HB2453! Governor Ducey has signed his bill, preventing government entities from imposing mask mandates. A great win for individual liberty!

The Republican Liberty Caucus of Arizona proudly endorses Jan Dubauskas for State Senate in LD3 (Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, Cave Creek)

Jan Dubauskas is a freedom fighter who has demonstrated a strong commitment to the principles of individual rights, limited government and free markets. She’ll bring those principles to the Arizona Senate, where they are sorely needed.

Today we remember and honor those who paid the ultimate sacrifice to defend our country and our liberty. We are eternally grateful to these men and women who selflessly laid down their life for our freedom. #MemorialDay2022

Yesterday, a Democrat Senator made a motion to suspend rules and allow a gun control bill to bypass committee and come straight to the floor for a vote. Senator Warren Petersen then shreds the argument that more gun laws will keep us safe.

Thank you Sen. Petersen for defending our inalienable right to defend ourselves!

We’re here with the #RLCendorsed candidate for Congressional District 4, Kelly Cooper. He’s the principled, pro-Liberty candidate who has what it takes to flip this seat.

“These proposals to ostensibly cut the tech giants down to size would, instead, perpetuate the dominant position of these companies and deprive consumers of the technological innovation that only free-market competition can provide.”

In his new op-ed, Senator Rand Paul explains why we should always defend free market principles: https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/anger-big-tech-excuse-abandon-free-market
Sponsored by Rep. Ben Toma, HB2853 would expand eligibility for Empowerment Scholarship Accounts, so every K-12 student may have the opportunity to go to the school of their choice.

Public schools must not have a monopoly on education. Let’s advance school choice for every student and family, by funding students instead of systems. We support HB2853.

HB2853 is scheduled for the House Ways and Means Committee tomorrow, Wednesday, June 15th.
Thank you Congressman Thomas Massie for always defending our constitutional rights! Red flag laws violate the 2nd, 4th and 5th Amendments. The politicians supporting red flag laws have betrayed their oath to the Constitution and should be voted out.

Thank you Rep. Travis Grantham
for holding these bad, crony corporate welfare bills! We need more principled legislators like Rep. Grantham who are not beholden to special interests!

Thank you Arizona House Republicans! School choice is liberty! #FundStudentsNotSystems
Great work by Rep. Shawnna Bolick! Her striker on SB1116 just passed the House with bipartisan support. This will repeal municipal rental property taxes, providing some relief from the skyrocketing rent prices.
SB1708 would have given $150 million in tax credits to film companies. Fortunately Rep. Travis Grantham held the bill in House Rules. But yesterday the Senate ignored the traditional committee deadlines/rules and amended HB2156 to resurrect this crony corporate welfare. Shameful. Thank you to the nine Senators who voted No.

We could have passed meaningful tax cuts to help Arizonans grapple with inflation, but now the budget surplus is gone. Thank you to the few fiscal conservatives in the legislature who opposed this budget. We will recognize you in our next legislative scorecard. #DrainTheSwamp
While passing a massive $18 billion budget that spends our entire $5 billion surplus, 25 Senators & 34 Representatives had the gall to vote for a bill that puts a sales tax increase on the ballot. Because a $5 billion spending increase is not enough! This vote is embarrassing.

Here’s how the House voted on HB2156. Green members voted to give away $150 million in tax credits to film companies. Wasteful, crony corporate welfare.

The House has passed HB2685, the $36 billion Maricopa County Transit Slush Fund to build light rail, trollies, and bike paths - NOT roads and freeways. As Biden said just yesterday, their goal is to “take millions of cars off the roads.” ALL of the democrats voted for this, 21 Republicans voted NO. Tell the Governor to VETO!
