Rules for the XM-Festival are similar to the Shard-Shuttle rules at previous Exo5-Anomalies. Shards jump every 10 minutes and won't be locked after a score. They will travel (if linked) to portals with a minimum level of 4. Each new node a shard hits will be a score.
