Ukrainian media is running damage control after CCTV footage went internationally viral with tens of millions of views on Twitter and other social media. The video in question shows Ukrainian press gang spooks abducting a man walking his dog off the street to be forced into military conscription and leaving the dog to fend for itself.
Ukrainian state media alleges the man was forced into "kinological" K9 units "due to his love of animals". (2-28-25)
