Most people believe all their taxes go towards hospitals, street lighting, bin collections and a plethora of other services. In fact ALL taxes and fines go into a Parliamentary Consolidated Fund, 5-10% of which goes on ‘Defence’ and the funding of illegal wars. These wars have cost the UK taxpayer £1.2TN since 2001 and killed 1.8M people (6M since WWII). It is illegal to pay tax if you believe any of your taxes are being used for the funding of criminal activities, such as genocide and crimes against humanity. You can withhold tax lawfully using a Trust with the government listed as primary beneficiary. Details and forms at: www.ProbityCo.com

As our banks print more money for more wars, pandemics and 'Green Opportunities', the debt on the counterfeiting increases annually, forcing the taxpayer to shell out £60BN in interst payments for loans of money from thin air. Nice work if you can fraud it. But does money really exist, or is it merely a creation on a bank's leger, in which case, why would we need to pay it back? https://www.attackingthedevils.com/post/empty-promises

Council tax challenges update
Most of this article seems on point but we do not agree that there are or will be military tribunals and this is not an argument we would run if dealing with this issue personally.
Also we have repeatedly said and shown that a council tax summons is issued as "in the criminal case of" and this point should be stressed to any court. If you are in a criminal case why are the criminal procedure rules not being followed? If the court wants to argue that it's a civil case it would seem prudent to ask why a summons is used. If the insistence is that somehow it's still a civil case and the powers to issue a summons somehow come from the local government act, the question to then ask is why are the civil procedure rules not being followed.
This article is right on this issue. Council tax hearings follow neither the criminal nor civil procedure rules, so they are not within "the law". They must therefore be operating within a star chamber set up, otherwise known as an administrative court, outlawed in this country for the purposes of hearing cases or handing out sentences.
One would assume the next step is perhaps to go for declaratory relief on this issue. Or see to where such a case could be appealed so the issues of due process and legal rules can be fully discussed.
On the issue of councils being corporations care is needed in the sense that they are statutory corporations, so one should know the difference.
On the point of issuing of summonses, this would seem settled law. It is a judicial process not an administrative one, and therefore these cases seem to fall on this issue alone. We have spoken about this before and will link the post regarding the same again in another post below this one.

Dave Smith highlights a disturbing reality.
If civilians are responsible for the crimes of their governments, then the American citizenry are responsible for the deaths of MILLIONS.
This idea that the Palestinians deserve to die for what Hamas did… is absolutely insane.
Let’s see if Americans maintain this same energy when it’s revealed the US were responsible for SARS-CoV-2.

And on Rumble:The UK taxpayer has been funding wars to the tune of £1,875/per taxpayer, per year since 2001. This has come at the cost of 2M lives. 5-10% of all taxes and fines go towards 'defence' - money that has in fact been used to pay for wars of agression and to subsidise the 'defence industry'. If 25% of people in the UK say they cannot afford Christmas, why are we funding wars? We have a right to say how our taxes are spent. Withhold tax lawfully. The will of the people is the law. https://rumble.com/v3z1qpj-probityco.com-stop-funding-wars-withhold-tax-lawfully.html

According to Bloomberg $5TN of ESG funding has gone on the 'defence' industry. Awkward. As of Q3 2023, over 1,200 ESG funds, pledged to uphold environmental, social, and governance standards - itself another transfer of wealth - have been diverted to invest in shares worth around $5 trillion in the 'defense' aka aggression sector. Hopefully this will lead to a load of lawsuits as the ESG transfer of wealth program was sold as having an 'ethical focus' on 'sustainability ideals'. Maybe they meant sustaining the arms industry. https://www.rt.com/business/588094-esg-funds-invest-arms-industry/
