The war on fraud is still moving strong. Assistant AG Colin McDonald today announced criminal charges against 19 defendants for fraudulent home healthcare schemes that targeted Pennsylvania’s Medicaid program and resulted in over $4 million of fraud.

Within 3 days USDOT has taken another 766 bad drivers off the road, including 51 immigrants arrested and handed over to the DHS and 36 truckers hit with English proficiency violations for poor literacy.

ICE has arrested over 1,200 illegal aliens in the Atlanta, Georgia area as part of a single large enforcement operation.

Immigration activists, advocates and attorneys say ICE sightings have more than doubled in New York City and the surrounding area. This comes after ICE began 'the largest wave of enforcement' ever seen in upstate New York.

A similar uptick in reported ICE arrests has hit Long Island, ‘We're seeing a lot more federal agents and officers out on residential streets.’

The termination of TPS for South Sudan is now in effect, affecting hundreds.

Termination of Burmese nationals now in effect. Almost all temporary legal status under TPS has fallen to the Trump admin, with a couple more pending. Ethiopia, Somalia and another cohort from Venezuela are pending. Altogether this puts up to 1 million migrants on the chopping block.

After months of litigation in multiple courts, nearly all TPS designations the DHS has filed to end have fallen.

The Temporary Protected Status of over 1 million migrants is now being terminated. Only two small holdouts remain, and those aren't likely to last.

The DHS is already sending these people into departure or putting them up for deportation if they do not leave.

The DOJ is offering $3 billion in grants for cities and states, on the condition that they fully participate in the 287(g) program to remove illegals.

287(g) has already grown over +1500% under Trump, so this will reward and encourage further local immigration enforcement cooperation, like patronage for mass deportations.
