At least 990k+ DHS deportations, 200k+ self-returns through the CBP Home app and Project Homecoming, and at least 100k+ voluntary departures agreed upon or ordered in immigration courts.

Additionally 100k+ visas revoked and 123 denaturalizations filed, both of which are records. At least 1.8 million people have lost or are slated to lose legal status as part of the mass de-legalization effort, while asylum approval inside the U.S. has remained at the lowest levels on record.

GowraTech LLC, Renotek Group LLC, Seeloz Inc., and Sherwood at Mount Dora Inc have been barred from H-1B use due to H-1B abuse.

The Civil Rights Division of the DOJ has secured a settlement with OpenAI, taking a fine of $3,200,000 and forcing the company to stop discriminating against American workers by hiring foreigners.

DOJ has secured over a dozen such settlements with companies now. The important aspect of these agreements is making said companies legally obliged to end their hidden hiring practices and foreign visa-preferences.

The Department of Labor and DOJ are working to create a climate of consequences* so companies are pressured into compliance. H-1B and OPT are officially on notice.

*The limit on penalties, punishments and other consequences is set by Congress. Another reason we need to elect more good Republicans to improve the laws.

The war on fraud is still moving strong. Assistant AG Colin McDonald today announced criminal charges against 19 defendants for fraudulent home healthcare schemes that targeted Pennsylvania’s Medicaid program and resulted in over $4 million of fraud.

Within 3 days USDOT has taken another 766 bad drivers off the road, including 51 immigrants arrested and handed over to the DHS and 36 truckers hit with English proficiency violations for poor literacy.

Student visas down by at least 60% for Indians and down by 46% for Chinese, in 2025. Restrictions put out in 2026 are expected to drive this down further.

Updated data shows ICE arrested over 51,000 migrants in July, the highest ever recorded in a single month under DHS.

The judge who crudely blocked Trump from ending Haitian TPS last year has confirmed Haitian TPS is officially over, after the Supreme Court shot her down.

Judge Ana Reyes has officially admitted defeat, setting up hundreds of thousands of Haitians for departure or deportation.

This is partly why the DHS briefly extended Haitian work authorization last month, as a good faith gesture while waiting for the lower courts to kneel. Now Judge Reyes has accepted her own order is void.

ICE has arrested over 1,200 illegal aliens in the Atlanta, Georgia area as part of a single large enforcement operation.

Immigration activists, advocates and attorneys say ICE sightings have more than doubled in New York City and the surrounding area. This comes after ICE began 'the largest wave of enforcement' ever seen in upstate New York.
