Meanwhile, DHS and USCIS have been trying to drastically restrict work authorization, drying up migrant money sources.

Reminder this October the following foreigners will lose Medicaid coverage: asylees, refugees, parolees, even H-1Bs and of course all illegals. ACA subsidies will likewise be restricted by status.
