The Supreme Court has ruled against President Trump on his use of the IEEPA to impose tariffs, saying the authority granted to Trump for tariffs does not root in this law. This is the first actual loss for President Trump—however, the court admits the decision is “not likely to greatly restrict Presidential tariff authority”, it changes the method required by the president, meaning Trump can still do it another way.

The Trump Administration is already planning to keep enforcing & imposing tariffs another way.

The court has several major cases waiting on its list, including birthright citizenship and election integrity. For the most part, SCOTUS has stayed out of Trump's way; if that changes, Trump will increasingly be left to either skirt the rulings more aggressively or use another force to override it.

“This bill includes annual inspections of county jails to verify compliance and will require schools, universities, hospitals, local governments, police and sheriff offices in the state of Indiana to comply with federal immigration enforcement. It also requires businesses operating in the state to verify the legal status of their employees. The state Attorney General's office would receive power to enforce and ensure compliance.”

An excellent mass deportations and border security template if this gets passed cleanly.

The Trump Administration through USCIS is moving to “cut off access to an avenue that allows millions of migrants to work legally while awaiting a decision on their asylum claims”.

The DHS says aliens are 'not entitled to work' while waiting for us to make a decision, and USCIS intends to stop issuing work permits for a migrant if it takes longer than 180 days to process—the majority of cases take longer than 180 days to process. This kind of delay could cause millions of migrants to remain unemployed, unauthorized and removable if they don't remove themselves.

 “The Trump administration is strengthening the vetting of asylum applicants and restoring integrity to the asylum and work authorization processes.”...This may take decades to complete and become a de facto migrant moratorium.

President Trump, in a lengthy thread of Truths, says he actually will be doubling down on Tariffs “more than before” because of this decision.

Democrat Governor of Maryland has banned ICE agreements in her state, deepening the divide of Red vs. Blue states as Dems try to continue the Great Replacement of Americans. Some sheriffs in Maryland rightly call this out as a betrayal.

"The abolishment of the 287(g) program [in Maryland] is not the abolishment of ICE. They're going nowhere. In fact, they're going to intensify their efforts," Wicomico County Sheriff Mike Lewis said. "Mark my words, you will see a dramatic increase in the presence of ICE in this state."

If the admin doesn't get its way in court, they find a way to do what they want anyway. If a judge says you can't be sent home, you get sent to the Congo or dropped in El Salvador.

The Trump Admin through HUD is trying to turn 'local housing authorities, property owners and public housing agencies into an asset for mass reporting migrants’, evicting illegals from their homes and collecting records of their location, relationships and residence history. This will form a rolling audit of every individual in HUD-funded housing, 'ending the era of free rides for aliens'.

Law Enforcement agencies are increasingly assisting ICE in the identification and arrest of migrants for Trump's mass deportations. ICE has accessed street cameras and traffic trackers in the pursuit of removal aliens in several states. “Nothing will be beyond their reach” if police departments and other agencies continue to sign up for 287(g) ICE cooperation agreements.
